Individual advanced training
Whether at external seminars or individual coaching, at workshops on broad topics as a part of our input series or at a weekly Business English course in our agency office: the choice of advanced training measures is oriented around the needs of everyday business and the aims of the employee. The management of the agency and the employee talk about these needs and aims in their annual meeting and together establish what vocational training should be completed in the future.
Training & vocational development programs
Whether they are an intern or a senior consultant, we smooth the start for every new employee with our mentor program. Quite apart from the actual team and exigencies of the work, each knows they have an experienced person to turn to when problems or questions arise. Furthermore, we regularly give training. At the heart of our 18-month public relations internship is the acquisition of familiarity with the most important communications instruments in addition to market and industry knowledge, especially in connection with our launch expertise. We train our interns with an eye to the long-term, perhaps later employing them as a junior consultant.
