Project start for the Tilia Living Resort at Griebnitzsee
STOFANEL Investment AG fired the starting gun in Berlin for their new development project Tilia Living Resort at Griebnitzsee. The company’s founders presented the project to the public at the "Hoffest" held in Berlin’s famous red Rathaus.
Among those attending the announcement by Giovanna Stefanel-Stoffel and Ludwig Maximilian Stoffel were Klaus Wowereit, the Mayor of Berlin, and the French Ambassador.Another success story is the Marthashof Urban Village in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, the first project by STOFANEL in Berlin. While customers and celebrities from politics and society celebrate the topping out there, already 85 percent of the residential units in the first two building phases are sold. The third building phase is now underway.
